Mayor Ray Nagin and his wife were quarantined in China after sitting next to someone exhibiting symptoms of the H1N1 virus, also popularly known as the Swine Flu, on a flight.The couple is being held in Shanghai, until it can be determined if they truly have the Swine Flu, or Miss Piggy Fever as it is known by its street name.
Mayor Ray Nagin rose to fame after not using buses and making Condi buy shoes while people drowned.
