Up until now I really haven't cared about the so-called "economic crisis." After all, as a Republican, I am rich, white, fat, and capable of living off the savings of other people for years to come. But then two terrible events occurred, which brought the whole calamity home, so to speak.First, those terrible Democrats insisted on limiting the pay of companies getting a federal handout. Now, as a Republican, I find this reprehensible. Sure, we love to cut off health care to the poor, elderly, and children, but we draw the line at hurting the poor CEO's.
Then the real bombshell: NewsCorp, parent company of the super fair and like really balanced Fox News reported an operating loss of over $8 billion. That buys a lot of loofahs for Bill O' and can pay for the silence of the hundreds of boys Sean Hannity has raped over the years.
It looks like the good times are over for us right wing pundits. I may just have to go back to my former job modeling Jumbo Depends and thongs for the Lane Bryant catalog. Sphere: Related Content
